I filed for my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy back in 2011, when Vasquez Law Group was Swindell and Associates and Regina was an attorney at Swindell. Bankruptcy is always a very difficult thing to have to go through, and there were bumps in the road for me on all turns. The one thing that remained consistent was Regina. She helped me over and over again with everything she could anytime another obstacle popped up. The most recent, and potentially most detrimental obstacle, came up in January 2016. I found out my payroll department had made a mistake and wasn't taking enough money out of my check and that I was about to have to pay $7,000 in back fees that I didn't have. Regina worked tirelessly to get a modification and lower the payment required to pay off my bankruptcy. Then she worked to get an emergency order signed and filed by a judge so that my February 15th check wouldn't be garnished. My world was rocked, I was almost defeated, and Regina and Vasquez Law Group made it better. Bankruptcy is never easy, but if you have to go through it, I guarantee you that you want Vasquez Law Group in your corner!
